How it works
Connect your school accounts once. Junebot does the reading, sifting, and organizing for you — every school day.
Connect your school accounts
Link Canvas, ParentVue, and your school email in a couple of clicks. Junebot figures out which kid is which and what each school sends. You can choose which of these you want connected and can connect or disconnect any time.
Junebot reads everything, every morning
It pulls together upcoming assignments, current grades, missing work, teacher comments, and even the content buried inside linked and attached/PDF school newsletters and bulletins.
It keeps only what matters
Junebot filters out the noise and keeps what's actually relevant to your kids' school life and activities — sorted into homework, action items, upcoming events, and grades, per child.
You get one clear digest
Your summary lands by email each morning. Each child can also get their own short text of just their to-dos. Reply to ask a question or tell Junebot to drop something — it learns what you care about.

Your family's data, taken seriously
Junebot only works because you trust it with your school accounts. That trust is engineered in — and independently checked.
Independently security-reviewed
Before any app can read Gmail, Google requires a CASA Tier 2 security assessment by an authorized independent lab. Junebot passed that review, and Google issued its Letter of Validation in July 2026.
Credentials are encrypted
School portal credentials and account tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before they ever touch our database, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Nobody at Junebot can read your passwords.
We keep summaries, not your email
Junebot doesn't store the content of your inbox. School emails are read only to build your digest — what we keep is the summary itself, organized by child.
Never sold, never shared, never ads
Your family's data is used for one thing: your digest. It's never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Kids' phone numbers exist only to send their reminders.
Disconnect an account or delete your data any time. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Read our full Privacy Policy
